How It Works
- Purchase NovosSleep and try it for up to 30 nights from your order date.
- If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at support@novossleep.com within the 30-night window.
- We will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You do not need to ship the product back. Keep it, donate it, or discard it.
Eligibility
- Purchase must have been made directly through novossleep.com.
- Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your order date.
- Limit one courtesy refund per household.
- Purchases made through third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy and are not covered by this guarantee.
Spouse Pack — Couples Bundle
The Spouse Pack (two-unit bundle) is eligible for a full refund of $74.99 under the same 30-night guarantee terms. Both units may be kept upon refund approval. Limit one Spouse Pack refund per household.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@novossleep.com with the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address used at purchase
- Brief reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)
That's it. We'll handle the rest. Refund requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days and processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Abuse Prevention
This guarantee is designed for customers who genuinely try the product and are not satisfied. NovosSleep reserves the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of policy abuse, including multiple refund requests from the same household or fraudulent purchase activity.
